All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT.
We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, cash on delivery (COD), and other options as available. Some options are not available now.
Orders are processed only after successful payment (except for COD orders).
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or product unavailability.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh through third-party courier partners.
Standard delivery time is 2–3 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery charges are shown during checkout and vary by location.
Any delay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest) is not our liability.
6. Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a defective or wrong product, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging.
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
Size exchange is allowed depending on availability.
